Ben Saltzman, MA, is "The Mench" an internationally known facilitator, radio personality, The Coaches Coach, shadow dancer, spiritual maverick, and a coach to: thought leaders, CEO’s, multi-millionaire entrepreneurs and those sprinting toward their first million. He is the co-founder of the Israeli Enneagram Center in Tel Aviv Israel, and creator of the Rise UP Coach Training Program. Donna Fowler is a Leadership Development Consultant and Executive Coach. The focus of her work is assisting executives to develop the leadership capacities necessary to excel in today’s complex business environment, including developing the competencies of leading diverse groups of people, working collaboratively, and coaching as a leader and manager. The International Coach Federation (ICF) has awarded Donna the highest credential, Master Certified Coach (MCC).
Donna has supported the development of leaders through Executive Leadership Coaching and Consulting since 1993. Her work includes an emphasis on becoming a culturally competent leader able to inspire and lead change in increasingly diverse organizations; she has a deep background working in the arena of race, class and privilege. She specializes in developing the unique leadership qualities of each individual leader, and supporting those leaders to skillfully and masterfully navigate the politics of their organizations while delivering the highest quality business outcomes through their people. She often works with leaders who came from highly specialized technical backgrounds before moving into leadership roles in their organizations.
