The IEA: Building Bridges Between Enneagram Communities Worldwide
The Internation Enneagram Association (IEA) was established by leading Enneagram teachers 24 years ago. Its mission is to support its members by providing opportunities for engagement, education, and excellence in the use of and discussion around the Enneagram. From humble beginnings, the organisation continues to evolve and create current, relevant, and meaningful support mechanisms for its members. Join Patrick Kayrooz, author of The WID Factor, Curt Micka, President of the Board at IEA, and Tina Tornell, Enneagram teacher and coach, as they offer possibilities for connecting Enneagram communities world wide.
During this exciting session, you'll discover:
- Who the IEA is and what they stand for —providing some history of the organisation & what they're attempting to create
- The relevance of the IEA & the benefits of being a member of the community
- Information about a live conference on the Enneagram in July in Cincinnati, Ohio — Building Bridges: Collaborating in Community

As the President of the International Enneagram Association (IEA), I'm working with a dedicted group of volunteer Board members to help individuals and Enneagram teachers and schools around the world become more connected with each other, learn from one another, and take the Enneagram into the world to enhance both personal and societal change. As an organization, the IEA also works to promote the ethical and qualitative use of the Enneagram.
Personally, I use the Enneagram with individuals and organizations to find ways to creatively, collaboratively, and constructively transform conflict into more productive and healthy personal and professional working relationships.
I also teach workshops about Conflict Transformation using the Enneagram and Befriending Your Inner Critic worldwide.
