Clearing the Pathway for Healing & Policing in America

With Chief Mike Alexander
Hosted by Jessica Dibb

Dysfunction within law enforcement agencies is symptomatic of the persistence of deep historical and cultural injustices and instabilities. Combining the Enneagram, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) study and current trauma theory, Chief Mike has intercepted officers in crisis, providing them with the tools they need to heal, repair relationships in and outside of their agency, and restore the dignity within the profession of policing. His message is one of hope and reconciliation.

  • What officers look like coming into the profession — how they change and WHY they change both personally and professionally (The Enneagram is magical in the world of policing)
  • The strengths of each Enneagram type as a police officer and how they can be encouraged by their superior officers
  • Why being a positive influencer is important to assist others with their healing process
